Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location (inside/outside Canada). 
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100 CAD, and free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return your order within 10 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and pierced jewellery (like earrings) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, standard delivery within Canada takes approximately 3–8 business days, while international delivery may take 5–12 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
