  • What materials do you use in your jewellery?
    Our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel (grade 316 and 304), 18k gold plating, and zircon stones. All materials are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant, designed for long-term wear.
  • Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
    Yes! Our pieces are hypoallergenic. They are nickel-free, lead-free, and designed to be gentle on all skin types.
  • Is your Jewellery waterproof?
    Yes! Most of our jewelry is water-resistant and safe for everyday activities, including light handwashing or occasional water exposure. However, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, or heavy sweating to preserve shine and longevity. For more information on jewellery care, visit our Care Instructions.
  • How do I know my ring size?

  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    Absolutely! Every order is carefully and lovingly packed in our elegant AB Jewellery® packaging, making it perfect for gifting—whether to a loved one or yourself.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location (inside/outside Canada). We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100 CAD, and free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Yes, you can return your order within 10 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and pierced jewellery (like earrings) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.   • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding shipping time). Please note that processing time may be longer during holidays or sales. Once shipped, standard delivery within Canada takes approximately 3–8 business days, while international delivery may take 5–12 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
