Yes! Most of our jewelry is water-resistant and safe for everyday activities, including light handwashing or occasional water exposure. However, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, or heavy sweating to preserve shine and longevity.

Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location (inside/outside Canada).
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100 CAD, and free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Yes, you can return your order within 10 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and pierced jewellery (like earrings) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
